What is your definition of Anti-Racism?

We recognize that “race” is not factual. It is a social construct that has real implications. Therefore, we take affirmative steps to dismantle the absolute effects that separating humanity into “races” has created.

Can you provide us with an example of solving Anti-Racism within a corporation?

There is success, growth, and power in a unified organization. But, we can’t solve an issue we don’t understand. We can’t resolve a conflict we can’t see.  Our firm helps bridge the disconnect between what you believe you know and what you want to know and understand about race through education, dialogue, and advisement.
